You do not need to track your order, as we send notifications about every stage of your delivery via email. However, you can speak to us and we will provide your delivery status.

Yes, you may cancel your order prior to shipment. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to wait for its arrival and return it. See our Returns page for more info. 

If you need to edit any details or change your delivery address, you must do so before we ship your order. Speak to us prior to shipment so we can amend any details. 

Yes, if you are within the 30 day period, you can return your unwanted item, free of charge,

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order.

Once we receive your returned item, a refund will be processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 days for the money to reach your account. 

In this event, you can still return your order but you would need to cover the postage yourself.
