Orders are shipped via DPD, Evri and Royal Mail. You can choose your preferred delivery method during checkout.

We offer flexible delivery options, meaning your order can be delivered to your home, work, or nearest Pick Up Point. This is handy for customers who may not be at home and can collect their order from a collection point instead.
If you’re abroad, working away or your property is inaccessible, then a Pick Up Point/ Parcelshop is an ideal option for you.

Shipping is free when you spend £50 or more.
We offer Same Day Shipping before 3pm Mon-Sat. Delivery takes up to 3 business days within the UK.
We send step-by-step notifications to the email address you provided during checkout. Please check your inbox and spam folder if need be. If you did not receive these emails, please contact us and we will provide you with your delivery status.
We ship all orders via DPD and Royal Mail. You can choose your preferred delivery service during checkout.
You do not need to track your order, as we send notifications about every stage of your delivery via email. However, you can speak to us and we will provide your delivery status.
Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday. Order before 3pm for Same Day Shipping!
Yes, you may cancel your order prior to shipment. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to wait for its arrival and return it. See our Returns page for more info.
If you need to edit any details or change your delivery address, you must do so before we ship your order. Speak to us prior to shipment so we can amend any details.
